EB5 Capital, which financed the project as JF39, said the building broke ground in 2023 and spent roughly three years under construction. The announcement frames Green House as Phase 3 of the master plan that followed Gravity’s earlier buildings, with more than 1,300 jobs tied to the work and 5,200 square feet of ground-floor retail plus hundreds of secured garage spaces on site.
