We sorted seven Columbus bike shops using what each one publishes about itself: service menus and tune-up prices, the brands on the floor, e-bike policies, history pages and posted hours, all checked on October 30 and 31. The ranking rewards breadth of service first, then a clear specialty, whether that is e-bikes, custom builds, fitting or teaching riders to wrench on their own bikes. A shop that is open on Sundays or posts its repair prices earns credit for making life easier.
