Americana band Yarn tours its 2026 album Saturday Night Sermon into Woodlands Tavern on November 13, 2026.
Yarn brings its Saturday Night Sermon tour to Woodlands Tavern at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2026, an all-ages show.
Singer and songwriter Blake Christiana started the band in New York City nearly 20 years ago, working out the first songs during a long Monday night residency in Greenwich Village before the group eventually relocated to North Carolina. Today he is joined by Robert Bonhomme on drums, Rick Bugel on bass, and Andy Thomas on lead guitar. Yarn has charted repeatedly on the Americana radio charts, climbing as high as number four, and Sirius XM's Outlaw Country has given heavy play to songs like Traveling Kind.
Saturday Night Sermon came out on April 24, 2026, and it widens the band's palette with horns, gospel choirs, and classic country touches, from the title track's big opening to the ballad Where We Land and rockers like Longshot. Fans of the band also know its own fall gathering, Yarnival, held at Pop's Farm in Virginia.
