Nashville's The Stolen Faces play the Grateful Dead songbook at Woodlands Tavern on December 19, 2026.
The Stolen Faces bring their take on the Grateful Dead to the Third Avenue room on Saturday, December 19, 2026, starting at 7:00 p.m., the last weekend before the holidays. The show is all ages.
The Nashville band formed in 2014 around bassist and singer Christian Grizzard and a shared obsession with the Dead's catalog. They are not a note-for-note recreation act. The idea is to play the songs the way the Dead did, stretching them out and improvising so no two nights match, and the repertoire has grown to roughly 260 songs, so the setlist is a genuine surprise.
Woodlands has long been one of Columbus's main rooms for jam bands and Dead-family music, which makes it a natural stop for a Southern touring band in this lane. Plan on two long sets of Jerry-era favorites and deep cuts, with plenty of space to dance in the back half of the room.
