O Christmas Tea British Comedy at Davidson Theatre
Comedy duo James and Jamesy bring their panto-style holiday show O Christmas Tea to the Davidson Theatre on December 17, 2026, for ages four and up.
O Christmas Tea plays the Davidson Theatre in the Riffe Center, 77 South High Street, at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2026. The two-man show from the comedy duo James and Jamesy borrows from British pantomime, with wordplay, slapstick, and audience participation in roughly equal measure.
The setup is simple. A Christmas tea party goes wrong, the tea will not stop pouring, and the world floods. James and Jamesy improvise their way across the resulting sea, dragging the audience along on a nautical rescue that is really about two friends spending the holiday together. Critics have compared the tone to Monty Python, Mr. Bean, and Dr. Seuss.
The pair have toured the international fringe circuit since 2015. Children must be at least four, with no infants in arms. If December 17 does not work, the tour also stops in Newark on December 16 and New Albany on December 22.
