The trio is Tony McClung on drums, Jeffrey Ciampa on bass, and Josh Hill on guitar. They call what they do modern American music and refuse to pick a lane between jazz, fusion, Americana, and electronica. Originals written by all three sit next to improvised takes on jazz standards and unlikely covers from AC/DC, John Denver, and The Beatles.
Bar seats are first come and cannot be reserved, so arriving right after work is the move if you want to sit near the stage. It is an easy pre-dinner stop the week before Christmas.
