Fall plantings, pumpkins, and chrysanthemums under glass at Franklin Park Conservatory, included with general admission for a slower Saturday than a festival ground
Harvest Blooms is Franklin Park Conservatory's seasonal fall exhibition, typically running from late September into early November with pumpkins, chrysanthemums, ornamental cabbages, and temporary pumpkin houses woven through the gardens and glasshouse spaces.
It is included with general Conservatory admission, which makes it an easy add-on for locals who already like the Chihuly glass and permanent collections. Timed entry is encouraged. Regular hours usually open at 10 a.m., and weekday mornings feel quieter than peak weekend afternoons.
Come for photos, a paced walk, and a kid-friendly outing that does not require carnival stamina. Separate evening Pumpkins Aglow nights may be ticketed differently in October, so check fpconservatory.org if you want after-dark visits rather than the daytime show.
