Why Dan the Baker why was this picked
Dan Riesenberger has baked professionally since 2007, and his bakery's story runs from discovering sourdough to building and operating a stone hearth. He still shapes, mixes and hand-laminates croissants himself as the business grows. The Ridge Street bakery opens Wednesday through Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and a holiday panettone page has its own spot in the site menu. For anyone outside Grandview, the loaves also land on grocery shelves around town, with deliveries to some stores Thursday afternoons.
