Columbus roots rockers X-Rated Cowboys celebrate a new album with a Sunday evening release show at Woodlands Tavern on November 8, 2026.
X-Rated Cowboys throw their album release party at Woodlands Tavern on Sunday, November 8, 2026, with music starting at 5:00 p.m. The early Sunday slot makes it an easy one to catch and still be home at a reasonable hour.
The band is led by songwriter Quinn Fallon, a longtime Columbus bar owner, and the lineup also includes Bob Hite on keyboards, Ben Lamb on bass, Jake Reis and Mark Nye on guitars, and Dave Murphy on drums. Their sound sits between alt-country and bar-band rock, with obvious love for The Replacements and Bruce Springsteen. The new record follows Hang 'Em High from 2025 and Last Barstool In Hell before it.
The first single, I Walked by a Bar, name-checks classic bands and songs and features Dan Baird of The Georgia Satellites trading vocals and guitar with Fallon. Expect the new songs live for the first time alongside older barn burners like Young and Dangerous.
