Ohio trad band the Drowsy Lads plays two Irish Christmas shows, at 6:00 and 9:00 p.m., on the Music Hall Stage at Natalie's Grandview on December 12, 2026.
The Drowsy Lads hold their Irish Christmas celebration on the Music Hall Stage at Natalie's Grandview on Saturday, December 12, 2026, with an early show at 6:00 p.m. and a late show at 9:00 p.m. Each set is ticketed separately, so pick the one that fits your evening.
The band has played traditional Irish music in the United States for more than twenty years. The lineup is Ohio brothers John and Daniel McKewen, father and son Phil and Josh Franck, and longtime friend Bryan Brookes, and every member switches instruments. Between them you will hear fiddle, button accordion, tenor and five-string banjo, flute, whistle, uilleann pipes, bouzouki, concertina, guitar, and bodhran.
Their fourth album is Everyone In. The holiday shows mix fast dance tunes with seasonal songs and stories, plus the occasional original or bluegrass turn, and the early set works well for families.
