Colby Acuff with Brendan Walter at A&R Music Bar

Colby Acuff plays A&R Music Bar on Thursday, October 15, 2026, with Brendan Walter opening and doors at 7:00 p.m. The date happens to be the singer's 30th birthday, which could make for a looser night than a usual tour stop.

Acuff grew up around Coeur d'Alene in the Idaho Panhandle, and the mountain West runs all through his songs. His 2026 album Handmade Horsepower, produced by Eddie Spear, leans on 1970s outlaw country with a bit of 1980s rock muscle mixed in.

He has built his following largely outside the Nashville radio system, through steady touring and word of mouth. Fans of Tyler Childers, Zach Bryan or Colter Wall will recognize the approach, and A&R is small enough to hear every word of the quieter songs.
