Why Bedford Falls Christmas Tree Farm why was this picked
Bedford Falls is named for It's a Wonderful Life, and owners Cecil and Melissa Rapp built commercial sprayers for decades before planting it. It is the only farm here with a pre-cut preview weekend, Nov. 21 and 22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with 6 to 10 foot Fraser and Canaan firs on the lot. Field cutting starts Nov. 27, and field days run Nov. 27 to 29 and Dec. 5 and 6. Trees cost $60 to $180, the gift shop sells grave blankets, and Santa and Coffee Coven come daily once cutting opens.
