Atlanta pop-punk band The Paradox, the viral breakout behind "Kaitlyn," play A&R Music Bar on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
The Paradox play A&R Music Bar on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, with Meet Me @ The Altar on the bill. A&R opens at 7:00 p.m., and all ages are welcome.
The Atlanta band formed in June 2024, when singer Eric Dangerfield was still working at a vape shop. Their first song, "Kaitlyn," went viral within weeks, and Billie Joe Armstrong invited them to open for Green Day in Atlanta before the band was two months old. Since then they have played When We Were Young, released "Do Me Like That" (first titled "Subaru" until the carmaker objected), and brought Travis Barker out at Warped Tour for "Bender." They were the first all-Black punk band to top Billboard's alternative airplay chart.
Meet Me @ The Altar, the Fueled by Ramen trio that started out writing songs across three states over the internet, make this a pop-punk double bill that would sell a bigger room.
