The Rylee Bapst Band plays Charlie's Stage at Natalie's Grandview on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 8:30 p.m., with dinner and drinks served before and during the set.
The Ohio group blends blues, soul and folk into something they call Appalachian Soul Music. The hook is improvisation: they change arrangements night to night and stretches songs out when the room is with them, so no two shows run the same. That puts them closer to the jam tradition than to a tight singer-songwriter set, with guitar solos that can wander into gospel or country territory before snapping back to the groove.
Rylee Bapst is also on the bill for Bird and Byron's Steadyrock Community Jubilee at Land-Grant three weeks earlier, part of a busy fall. A Friday late set in the smaller room is the best way to hear how far the band will push a song.
