Hunter Flynn headlines A&R Music Bar on Thursday, November 5, 2026, with Logan Mac opening. Expect a 7:00 p.m. door, and younger fans are welcome.

Flynn is from Pulaski County, Kentucky, and his music career is only a few years old. After flipping his old 4Runner three times across I-75 in 2021 and walking away, he quit an insurance job, paid the bills by drawing commissioned charcoal portraits, and started working up the nerve at open mics in Somerset. His first paid gig came in February 2022.

He calls the result Appalachian Soul: country and folk with gospel and Southern rock in the vocals, and lyrics about the hills he grew up in. The Kentucky Music Hall of Fame named him its 2025 Artist in Residence, and he has opened for Zach Top and Megan Moroney. Singles like "Robbing a Bank" and "Dreams Keep Dying" show off the big, raw voice.
