Metro Parks screens Pixar’s Coco outdoors at Homestead on Friday, October 24, 2026, with a free dusk start on the Hilliard side of town.
Homestead Metro Park turns its lawn into a free outdoor theater on Friday, October 24, 2026, when Metro Parks screens Pixar’s Coco. The listing puts the evening at 7:30 p.m., and the movie rolls once dusk settles over the Hilliard fields.
Bring a blanket or low chair and treat it like a neighborhood picnic that happens to include marigold bridges and a trip through the Land of the Dead. Homestead’s open space keeps kids from feeling packed against a fence, and the story’s music carries even if you sit a few rows back.
Park once near the event lawn, claim grass early if you want a clear sightline, and pack a Thermos for the second half when the air cools.
