Bridge Park in Dublin has its live-music barbecue room back on the calendar. Bristol Republic opened its reimagined home at 4495 Bridge Park Ave. on September 10, pairing Southern plates, brunch, game-day screens, and a lounge called The Saddle Club under one roof.
Bridge Park published the grand-opening release on August 18, 2026, and Bristol's own website now posts the Dublin address and operating hours.
Owner Brian Swanson framed the move as a full day-and-night room: scratch Southern cooking from Chef Greg Roy, live bands on weekends, Thursday band karaoke, acoustic brunch sets, and about 20 big screens for game days. The Saddle Club sits as a quieter whiskey and cocktail lounge with live jazz and weekend DJs tucked inside the same building.
What changed from the Short North era
Bristol previously anchored a Short North run before closing and plotting the Dublin chapter. The Bridge Park build adds the dual-concept split that the April preview release first teased, pairing the main Bristol floor with The Saddle Club's more intimate program and private-event capacity.
Posted hours on the restaurant site stretch from late morning brunch windows into late nights on weekends, with kitchen cutoffs earlier than bar close. Treat those hours as the live board and confirm on the site before a long drive in from outside Dublin.
