The Haunt Columbus is the closest real haunted house to Downtown, about 12 minutes out Refugee Road, and the new owners rebuilt the old Carnage space into two stories on one ticket: Lugaroo Bayou, a swamp walkthrough, and Black Hollow Medical, a dying mining town's hospital. Groups of about eight go in a minute apart, kids under 15 need an adult, and no bags are allowed. The operator itself says Thursdays and Sundays are the quiet nights, and Halloween weekend runs to 11 p.m.
