Eastern Bay Chinese Restaurant is on the paperwork path to a new address. The Columbus City Bulletin dated September 19, 2026 lists a D-5 transfer to Wider Trading Inc., trade name Eastern Bay Chinese Restaurant, at 1814 West Henderson Road, Columbus, OH 43220, from the same LLC at 2055 Riverside Drive in Upper Arlington, permit number 09610003-2.
As of this morning the company's own contact page still shows 2055 Riverside Drive with the familiar late kitchen hours. That gap is normal during a transfer: the liquor record moves first, then the dining room follows once build-out and occupancy clear.
Henderson Road puts the kitchen on the northwest side corridor rather than the Riverside Drive Upper Arlington strip. Treat the bulletin as a planned move, not a same-week flip of the dining room lights.

Look for an updated address on easternbayrestaurant.com, a soft-open note, or a closed sign on Riverside before you reroute dinner plans. A D-5 covers full liquor service, so the Henderson room is aiming to keep the bar program intact when it lands.
